America’s Preferred Payroll Company, LLC, started in 2011 as a payroll solution for clients of Fearnow Insurance, Inc., who were having difficulty reporting payroll for their workmen’s compensation insurance policies. While we are affiliated with Fearnow Insurance and still work closely with their clients, America’s Preferred Payroll serves Florida-based clients regardless of their insurance agent or carrier.

We focus on clients in Florida, but we also prepare multi-state payrolls, ensuring that your payroll grows as your business does. We provide stress-free solutions to federal and state tax withholding, new employee onboarding, employee pay, and benefits management.

Our services are tailored to the needs of our clients, whether they need full-service payroll administered by our staff, or they prefer to run their own payroll hosted on our platform.
